Transatlantic dialogue – An exchange between Fabián Salvioli and Sébastien Touzé

A look back at the high-level dialogue between Professor Fabián Salvioli, human rights lawyer and Special Rapporteur on Truth, Justice and Reparation at the United Nations, and Professor Sébastien Touzé, Director of the René Cassin Foundation and Vice-Chairman of the United Nations Committee against Torture. This interview in French and Spanish, produced and broadcast by the Argentinian public television channel Canal Encuentro, provides an interesting insight into what it means to be “committed to human rights”, and looks more specifically at a wide range of issues, such as terrorism and international human rights law, the synergy between private enterprise and human rights, and questions of equality and non-discrimination.
