The René Cassin Foundation was deeply saddened to learn of the death of Ms. Anne-Catherine Fortas, winner of the 2014 René Cassin Thesis Prize. In consultation with her colleagues and with the agreement and support of Editions Pedone, her thesis on “La surveillance de l’exécution des arrêts et décisions des Cours européenne et interaméricaine des droits de l’Homme” will be published on our Foundation’s website. A tribute will be paid to Ms. Anne-Catherine Fortas at our next session on international human rights law, from November 15 to 20, 2021, which will be dedicated to her.
